At Budrovich, safety is built into how we plan work, train our people, and operate in the field. Our crews follow OSHA and MSHA requirements, complete required training, and use established procedures to manage risk on every job site. Through inspections, reporting, and open communication, we focus on identifying hazards early and preventing incidents before they occur. Safety isn’t treated as a slogan — it’s part of how we work every day, so everyone goes home safely.

It doesn’t matter if it’s your first day or your 20th year — every employee has the authority and responsibility to stop work if something is unsafe.

Our safety program includes:

• Active safety committees that review incidents, near misses, and field concerns
• Full-time safety professionals providing field support and oversight
• In-house and third-party training to support employee development and job-specific safety requirements
• Regular equipment inspections, including third-party inspections when required
• Incident and near-miss reporting with follow-up and corrective action
• Digital tools used to document inspections, training, and job-site conditions
